I've been renting now for 7 months and I haven't a bad word to say about the development. The estate run management office with Khun Joy and Noo is very helpful and attends to all my needs, even going out of their way for trips etc..The apartments are superb and the area and grounds are so peaceful, just the tonic needed after a hard day at work. I love the pool and the quality of the community is 1st class. Job well done to the developer and the committee.

Velma and I looked at about 15 properties when we were considering buying in Phuket and we thought Layan Gardens was the most outstanding development. It is very well situated on high ground with extensive views, some of the ocean. It is in a low density area and possibly one of the best areas on the island. Close to magnificent Layan beach and yet only 25 minutes to the airport. The gated development has beautiful mature gardens as well as a superb swimming pool with 2 smaller pools for the kids as well as a hot pool. A tennis court and small golf pitch and putt complete the extensive facilities. The apartments are large and spacious, well designed and finished to a high quality. This is easy living at its best. We simply love our apartment at Layan Gardens and can't wait to get back.

We are delighted with our apartment in Layan Gardens. We bought at the end of 2006 and have been living there happily ever since. At the time we were working for another property developer and were already living on the island so we were able to spend a lot of time looking at all the other developments. Layan Gardens was and we believe continues to be head and shoulders above all commensurate developments regarding quality of construction, layout, swimming pools, location and gardens. Even now we still feel a wow factor when we open our front door to our home in Phuket.
